As SVP & Head of Strategic Partnerships at TARU Global Access, my research directly supports Horizon Europe initiatives under Pillar II (Global Challenges and European Industrial Competitiveness). This architecture translates high-level European data sovereignty regulations into strict, mathematical infrastructure constraints.
Leveraging 84 active IBM credentials, 90 Microsoft badges, and deep technical competencies across VMware networks, Kubecost billing telemetry, and watsonx environments, I built this framework to provide deterministic verification parameters for machine-to-machine transactions.
